Endive – Curled Fine de Louviers
$3.99
Fine de Louviers chicory produces a tight rosette with a pleasantly pungent taste. Its outer leaves are green and finely cut, while its pale yellow/white-cream heart whitens on its own and is softer and milder. It’s delicious eaten raw in a salad drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar or lightly cooked.
