Mustard – Florida Broad Leaf
$3.99
Mustard with a spicy, almost salty taste. The broad green leaves and cream-colored stems can be eaten raw in salads and sandwiches, or cooked, sautéed and steamed. Although mustard prefers cold climates, the Florida Broad Leaf variety is more resistant to bolting. It can be eaten as young shoots when they reach 10 cm.
