Shipping

Once we receive your order, we assemble it, pack it carefully so that it reaches you in perfect condition and have it picked up by Canada Post within 72 business hours.

You can choose between Standard and Express shipping.

Standard:

  • Uses Canada Post lettermail service
  • Cost varies between $2.99-$5 depending on the size and weight of your order
  • We do not ship orders bigger than $100 through Standard shipping, both for insurance and weight constraints reasons. If your order is bigger than $100, only Express shipping will be proposed at checkout
  • Shipping time generally varies between 3 and 14 working days, with an average of 5 to 7 working days. A working day excludes weekends and holidays
  • You will not receive a tracking number, as this is not possible with the lettermail service.
  • Your order will be dropped in your mailbox, or where Canada Post usually leaves your mail

Express:

  • Uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel service
  • Cost varies between $0-$18, depending on the size of your order and location.
  • Shipping time generally varies between 2 and 5 working days, with an average of 3 working days. A working day excludes weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive a Canada Post tracking number by email in order to follow the location of your parcel.
  • Your order will be dropped in your mailbox, or where Canada Post usually leaves your mail. In some cases, we may request a signature.

EXAMPLE OF ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY:

Standard Shipping:

– You order on Monday, January 7th
– We prepare your order and have it picked up by Canada Post on Thursday, January 11 at the latest (3 working days)
– The delivery time varies between 3 and 14 working days. The order will arrive between Tuesday January 16th and Wednesday January 31st.
– If there are holidays during this period, you must add them to the delivery time.

Express Shipping:

– You order on Monday January 7th
– We prepare your order and have it picked up by Canada Post on Thursday, January 11 at the latest (3 working days)
– You will receive your tracking number in an email from Canada Post
– The delivery time usually varies between 2 and 5 working days. Your order will arrive between Monday, January 14th and Thursday, January 17th (please note that if you live in an area far from an urban center, Canada Post may take longer to deliver your order).
– If there are holidays during this period, you must add them to the delivery time.
