At 3-3.5 meters tall, this sunflower lives up to its skyscraper name! Its enormous flowers, over 30 cm in diameter, are yellow and the orange-green centers filled with fleshy seeds attract jays, cardinals and goldfinches. Tolerates heat and drought.

Growing tips
Germination conditions:
- sowing depth: 1 to 2 cm
- optimum germination temperature: 20 to 30ºC
- germination time: 7 to 21 days
When to sow:
- indoor sowing 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost date in your region OR
- direct sowing after any risk of frost
Sowing technique: in rows
Draw a line in the soil (in a pot or in the ground), then sow the seeds.
