Parsnip – Harris Model
$3.99
Harris Model parsnips produce conical roots with very thin, pointed tips. They are white-beige in color and about 25 cm long, with a texture halfway between that of a carrot and a celeriac. Parsnips have a sweet, almost nutty taste, especially if they are harvested when cold weather sets in, as this accentuates the flavor.
